I grew up in Somerset, PA, and went to Somerset High School. I attended college at West Virginia University and graduated with a degree in Social Work. Today, I'm married with two boys and two dogs, and live in State College, PA. I'm a soccer mom, and enjoy playing sports myself. My hobbies also include cooking and making jewelry. I'm a lover of water, of the environment, and of nature.
Before becoming a life and career coach, I spent seven years working in corporate America as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. I decided to make a change, and started working with my own life coach. The process truly changed my life completely, and out of that came a desire to help other Pharma Reps bring about change in their own lives.
I became a life and career coach because I love people. I've experienced the frustration and discouragement that can come with a pharmaceutical sales career, and I'm committed to helping other women pharma reps overcome these obstacles, find fulfillment in their pharma career, or find success on a whole new path. I firmly believe that people can be the best they want to be, and enjoy encouraging others to reach for the stars. Never settle for anything less than the best you want for yourself! There's nothing better than defining who you are and living your dreams, and life coaching helps people do just that. My goal as a life and career coach is to help you discover who you are, and who you can become!
I am a Certified Coach through the Coach Training Alliance.
